1. Our approach

We collect the minimum necessary to run an early-stage marketing site and to talk to people who ask us to. We do not sell personal data.

2. What we collect

Contact & early-access details you submit (name, email, company, message) so we can respond and notify you at launch.
Basic analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) to understand what’s useful. No invasive cross-site tracking.

3. How we use it

To reply to enquiries, manage early-access lists, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not use your data to train models.

4. Product data

Insightral^TM is built to keep customer data inside the customer's own environment (on-prem or private cloud, bring-your-own-AI-key, read-only database access). Product-level data handling is documented in trust materials and governed by its own agreement, not this website policy.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. email, hosting, analytics) under appropriate agreements, or where required by law.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@valorasolutionsinc.com.

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
