Partners

Let's build something worth being part of.

We don't have a fourteen-tier partner program. We don't have a portal. We have one product, a consulting practice, a small team, and the time to talk if what we're building fits what you're building.

If any of the patterns below sound like you, write to us — we read every email and reply within one business day.

Partnerships we're opening

Four shapes of partnership we're built to do well.

  • Integration partners

Your product makes ours better, or vice versa. InsightralTM drops findings into your incident tool and speaks open protocols with stable APIs — Slack, PagerDuty, Jira, Teams, webhooks, and MCP for agent workflows.

If you ship anything databases-adjacent or observability-adjacent, there's a clean way to connect.

  • Agencies and consultancies

You run client infrastructure and want a database advisor you can deploy inside each client environment. InsightralTM is private cloud only — you operate the stack, we ship the advisor and the dashboard.

Co-build deployments, resell implementation, or white-label runbooks — we scope what fits.

  • Advisors and reviewers

You write about reliability tooling. You sit on procurement panels. You tell CTOs what to look at. We'd rather have you running InsightralTM against a real workload than reading a one-pager.

Ask us for an evaluation license — no friction, no demo wall.

  • Cloud and hosting platforms

PostgreSQL on RDS, Aurora, Supabase, Neon, Crunchy, Timescale — plus Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB in customer VPCs. If you would like a tighter integration, we are happy to design it with you.

Helm charts, native log forwarding, OAuth — name the integration and we will scope it.

What working together actually looks like

A real conversation first. A one-page memo second. Real work third.

We learn what you're building, you learn what we ship and what's on the roadmap. If there's a fit, we draft a one-page memo: who does what, who owns the customer relationship, and how the money flows if any moves. You read it, we read it, we both sign — and we get to work.

  • No exclusivity clauses unless you ask for them.
  • No annual minimum commits. Pay for what you use, end when it stops making sense.
  • Plain-English contract that fits on a single page. If a clause needs a lawyer to translate it, we rewrite it.
  • One point of contact — a dedicated partnerships lead or the engineer who built the integration. Not a rotating account manager.

Reaching us
